摘　　要：以溪洛渡筒阀工地制造为例,介绍了工地整体制造的优点以及加工的工艺过程,筒阀工地加工过程、加工设备、加工步骤及加工方法,为以后大型水轮机圆筒阀的工地加工积累了宝贵的经验。Abstract Taking the on-site manufacture of Xiluodu cylinder valve as an example, this paper introduces the advantages of integral on-site manufacturing and machining process. The process, equipment, procedure and method of on-site machining are described. It provides some valuable experiences for future on-site machining of cylinder valve in large-sized hydraulic turbine.
