摘 要:【目的】了解桑树不同杂交组合叶片的生长速率及叶片性状的相关性,为桑树育种及其高产栽培提供理论依据。【方法】调查17个广西桑树杂交组合各阶段叶片大小、叶柄大小、叶绿素相对含量、单片叶重,计算各叶龄阶段日生长率,并对叶片生长速率及其性状进行相关性分析。【结果】桑树幼叶展叶后10~12d是桑叶生长的最快时期,平均日生长率叶长达9.82%、叶宽达11.71%,之后生长减慢,26d后叶片生长变化极小;展叶后3~33d的生长总量为:叶长平均增加115.8mm,增长率达207%;叶宽平均增加114.9mm,增长率达270%。叶绿素相对含量随着叶龄的增大而增加,展叶后3~33d的叶绿素相对含量增加29.7SPAD,增长率达237.0%。相关性分析结果表明,叶宽与叶长、叶宽与单片叶重、叶柄粗细与单片叶重间均存在显著正相关,而叶柄长与叶长、叶宽、叶柄粗细、单片叶重的相关不显著。【结论】桑树杂交组合叶片在春季一般遵循"缓慢—快速—缓慢"的生长规律,叶片叶绿素相对含量随着叶龄的增加而逐渐增大,在幼叶展开10~12d时叶片生长速度及叶绿素相对含量增加最快;桑树品种选育时应以叶片的叶长与叶宽作为选育的主要间接指标。[Objective]In order to provide valuable parameters for mulberry breeding and to develop high-yielding cultivation techniques,the correlation among different leaf traits and leaf growth rate was studied in various mulberry cross combinations.[Method]Correlations among different leaf traits,viz.,leaf size,petiole size,single leaf weight and relative chlorophyll content were studied in relation to daily leaf growth rate at every growth stage.[Result]Mulberry leaves were found to grow most rapidly during 10-12 days of young leaf development stage as revealed by 9.82 and 11.71% average daily growth rate in leaf length and leaf width,respectively.After 26 days,the growth rate became slower.The leaf length and width were found to increase by 115.8 and 114.9 mm with the increase in growth rate by 207 and 270%,respectively,during 3-33 days of leaf development stage.Relative chlorophyll content increased with the growth of leaf and increased by 29.7 SPAD with increasing rate of 237.0%.A positive correlation was observed between leaf width and leaf length,leaf width and single leaf weight,and petiole thickness and single leaf weight,while there was no significant correlations among petiole length and leaf length,leaf width,petiole thickness and single leaf weight.[Conclusion]In spring,leaves of various mulberry cross combinations exhibited an initial slow growth rate followed by a sudden increase which again declined at last.Relative chlorophyll content increased with increase in leaf growth.During 10-12 days of young leaf development stage,maximum leaf growth rate and chlorophyll content were observed.It was concluded that leaf length and leaf width must be taken into account in mulberry variety breeding.
