摘 要:由于自然灾害和污水处理系统发生故障等原因,万州申明坝污水处理厂存在一定的事故排放可能性。通过对万州申明坝污水处理厂的厂址、设施进行调查,对其受纳水体苎溪河和入长江口的水质、水文进行实地监测,分析其事故排放的风险性。分别选用一维模型和二维模型对万州申明坝污水处理厂事故排放对苎溪河和长江水质的影响进行模拟分析,并引用涪陵污水处理厂排放口对长江影响的实测数据来验证所选模型,结果证实了模型的可行性:在长江175m水位,万州申明坝污水处理厂事故排放时污染带的长度是正常排放的20倍,宽度是正常排放的4倍;在长江145m水位,万州申明坝污水处理厂事故排放时污染带的长度是正常排放的3倍,宽度是正常排放的2倍。Because of the natural disasters and sewage treatment system failure,there is a possibility of accidental discharge from Shenmingba Sewage Treatment Plant in Wanzhou City.Through investigation into the facilities and location of Shenmingba Sewage Treatment Plant and monitoring of the quality and hydrology of the receiving water in the Zhuxi River and the entrance to the Yangtze River,the risk of accidental discharge from the plant was analyzed.A one-dimensional model and a two-dimensional model were used to simulate the impacts of the accidental discharge from Shenmingba Sewage Treatment Plant on the water quality of the Zhuxi River and Yangtze River,and observed data on the impacts of the sewage outfall of Fuling Sewage Treatment Plant on the Yangtze River were used for model validation.The results show that the models can be used in practice.When the accidental discharge occurred,the length and width of the pollution zone were respectively 20 times and four times those of the pollution zone during regular discharge at a water level of 175 m in the Yangtze River,and three times and two times those of the pollution zone during regular discharge at a water level of 145 m.
