摘　　要：根据公共工程项目在低碳经济模式下进行绩效评价的主要特点,通过结合灰色关联分析方法、模糊综合评价法及逐步判别分析方法中各自的优点结合构建出一种新的绩效评价模型,实证表明新模型能为我国开展公共工程项目绩效评价提供可借鉴依据。Considering the main features of public project under low-carbon economy, a new e valuation model has been built by a new method that is combining with the strengthes of the gray relational analysis method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and stepwise discriminate analysis method. Empirical test shows that the new model is efficient.
