摘  要:目的分析池州地区手足口病的流行病学和病原学特征,为手足口病防控提供科学依据。方法采集2010-03/2010-12池州市各地送检的133例手足口病临床诊断患者的咽拭子,应用RT-PCR技术检测样本中肠道病毒(EV)、肠道病毒71型(EV71)、柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CoxA16)。结果 133例手足口病临床诊断病例咽拭子中,检测到肠道病毒阳性79份,EV71阳性28份,CoxA16阳性24份,EV71和CoxA16的阳性率为21.05%和18.05%。6例手足口病重症病例中,EV71病毒感染病例4例。结论 EV71和CoxA16是2010年池州地区手足口病的主要病原体,而EV71是引起手足口病重症病例的主要类型。Objective By analyzing the etiological and epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD)in Chizhou,to provide scientific evidence for HFMD control.Methods Totally 133 throat swabs were collected from March 2010 to December 2010 all over Chizhou City,and nuclric acids of enterovirus(EV),enterovirus71(EV71) and Coxasckievirus A16(CoxA16) were delected by RT-PCR method.Results In 133 specimens from clinically diagnosed cases with HFMD,79 were enterovirus positive,28 were EV71 possitive,16 were CoxA16.possitive.The possitive rate of EV71 and CoxA16 was 21.05% and 18.05% respectively.In 6 severe cases,4 were EV71.Conclusion EV71 and CoxA16 were the main pathogens of the HFMD in Chizhou in 2010,and EV71was the majer enterovirus causing severe case.
