摘　　要：目的了解性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病相关知识、行为及其影响因素,为制定相应防控措施提供依据。方法采用横断面研究设计,选取2010-05/06间首次到市妇幼保健院和市人民医院性病门诊就诊、年龄在15岁及以上的男性就诊者进行问卷调查,通过单因素分析其影响因素。结果艾滋病知识总知晓率为71.00%,26.27%(107/400)的被调查者承认最近3个月有非婚异性性行为。有6.25%的人承认有注射吸毒行为,有0.75%的人承认与同性有过肛交性行为。被调查者的艾滋病知识知晓率可能与民族、是否接受过预防性病艾滋病干预服务、是否做过艾滋病检测有关(P均<0.05);知晓艾滋病知识、接受过预防性病艾滋病干预的男性最近3个月发生非婚性行为分别高于不知晓或没接受干预的对象(P<0.05)。结论性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病知识总体知晓率较低,不安全性行为比较普遍,自愿咨询检测的比例低,应加强该人群的综合干预措施。Objective To understand HIV-related knowledge and behavior among male visitors at STD clinics and analyze the risk factors,in order to provide the evidence for intervention.Methods By cross-sectional design,men older than 15-year-old who visited STD clinics of Pingxiang Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital and Pingxiang People＇s Hospital for the first time from May to June,2010 were surveyed by face-to-face questionnaires.The risk factors were analyzed by χ2 and logistic statistics.Results 71% of the participants gained an overall awareness of HIV-related knowledge.26.27% of the survey population admitted their sexual act with non-spouse partners in the last three months.Men who self reported drug use and anal sex accounted for 6.25% and 0.75%,respectively.The rate of awareness to HIV-related knowledge correlate with their ethnicities,as well as whether they have accepted the HIV/AIDS intervention or have their HIV-antibody tested（P〈0.05）.Men who are better aware of the HIV-related knowledge or have accepted HIV/AIDS intervention appeared to conduct more sexual acts with non-spouse partners in the past three months.Conclusion The overall awareness was low,and risky behavior is still common.Only few accepted VCT.More enforcements ought to be given to the comprehensive intervention.
