成都市社区卫生服务患者满意度及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查患者的满意度,并分析其影响因素,为改善成都市社区卫生服务质量提供依据。方法针对成都市五大城区的14家社区医院分层随机抽样,实地问卷调查。结果成都市社区就诊患者对社区卫生服务的总体满意度为81.97%,其中设备条件、医生技能、疫苗接种的满意度较低,满意度的主要影响因素有年龄和性别。结论患者对社区卫生服务总体比较满意,尤其是对医护的服务态度。社区卫生服务中心应加强宣传,提高民众对其功能的知晓率,提高医护人员水平,保证老年人群的卫生保健质量。政府应加大投入,落实相关政策法规。Objective To provide evidence for improving Community Health Services（CHS）＇ quality by investigating patients＇ satisfaction and its influential factors.Methods Randomized sampling questionnaire survey was conducted in 14 community hospitals in the 5 major urban districts of Chengdu.Results The total degree of satisfaction was 81.97%.Low degree of satisfaction showed in instruments,doctor skills and vaccination.The major influential factors were gender and age.Conclusion Patients are satisfied with CHS,especially with the attitude of doctors and nurses.The community health care centers should make effort to make CHS known and improve the skills of medical staff,and ensure the quality of health care for elderly.Government should enhance investment and implement relevant policies.
