摘　　要：培根对普通法的系统化作了有益的尝试,还为普通法提供了归纳推理的方法,使普通法终于有自己的安身立命之所。而且,培根将这种源自法律的基本方法推而广之,应用于科学研究,这乃是前无古人后无来者的举动。培根的立法、司法思想笃厚,在法律职业方面也有自己独到见解。Bacon＇s attempt to systemize the Common Law provided an inductive and deductive approach,which located its proper position.Furthermore,such a basic legal approach was also applied to scientific research,which was a pioneering contribution.His thoughts of legislation and jurisdiction were profound.And he also had unique understandings of the legal profession.
