摘  要:根据某商务车底盘传动轴开发要求,利用三维软件UG建立其三万向传动轴仿真模型,分析了不同工况下的传动轴当量夹角变化及转速波动情况,并找出其波动变化较大的位置;再利用MATLAB软件编制当量夹角及转速优化程序,对其进行优化分析.优化结果表明,当量夹角在空载工况下提高了49.1%,满载工况下提高了19.6%,以及临界转速提高了6.2%,达到了优化目的,满足了性能要求,进一步改善了底盘运动学性能.Based on some motor car chassis arrangement situation,some automobile three rotary drive shaft simulation model was established by using three dimensional software UG.And then,the different operating mode drive shaft equivalent angle change and the speed oscillation situation were analyzed and its unreasonableness was obtained;the equivalent angle and rotary speed optimation procedures were programmed by using MATLAB,and the optimization design analysis was conducted.Optimization results indicate that equivalent angle increases 49.1% in the no-load condition and 19.6% in full load operating conditions and the critical speed increases by 6.2% to optimization purposes to meet the performance requirements,and the kinematics characteristics of the chassis system are improved.
