摘　　要：溜煤眼工程是煤矿掘进工程中的一个重要的组成部分,是一项专业性很强的施工技术,本文就兴隆庄煤矿7304综放工作面皮带机头溜煤眼及机头硐室工程的施工组织、施工技术进行研究,对生产工艺进行科学合理的组织,皮带机头硐室采用一次成巷工艺,提高了生产效率,减少了人力、材料的浪费,取得了良好的经济效益。Coal chute construction, as a professional construction technology, presents an important composition of coal mine advance- ment. This paper studies the construction organization and technology applied at the belt conveyor head coal chute and chamber construction of 7304 fully-mechanized coal caving face of Xing Longzhuang Coal Mine. With scientific and reasonable organization of the production pro- cess and use of simultaneous drifting Technique at the belt conveyor head chamber, production efficiency is enhanced, resulting in less waste in manpower and materials and favorable economic benefits.
