摘　　要：首先分析了FA302并条机需要增加自调匀整功能的必要性,接着从FA302实际情况出发,基于台达的PLC、触摸屏、伺服控制器等机电产品,结合国内外相关先进技术,设计出所需并条机自调匀整控制系统,经过调试,匀整功能稳定,达到国内较高水平,对国内纺织行业旧型并条机改造方面具有很大的应用意义和推广价值。2011.12.First the necessity of the FA302 drawing frame to need the autolevelling control function is analyzed,then set from the FA302 actual situation,based on PLC,HMI,and the servo controller of Delta electrical products,combined with the domestic and foreign advanced technology,the autolevelling control system of drawing frame is designed.After debugging,the autoleveller function is stable,achieves the domestic high level,has very wide application significance and has the promoted value to the domestic textile industry for old drawing frame transformation aspect.
