摘　　要：首先分析维修人员配置思路,对维修时间和可用维修时间进行计算。在此基础上,分析现地修理特点,建立了维修人员配置模型。通过举例分析,对模型和算法进行了验证,为装备分散配置的部队确定现地修理人员编组提供了决策依据。This text analyses the way of thinking about the personnel maintaining installs first.Then the maintenance time and available maintenance time are carried on a calculation.On this foundation,it introduces the characteristics maintained on the spot,construct model of the personnel maintaining installs.And accordingly a practical example analysis,it verified model and calculated way,provided decision basis for the equipment scatters allocation of troops to make sure the personnel＇s plait set maintained on the spot.
