体育产业结构及优化对策的研究——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：用文献资料、调查访问、比较分析和数理统计等研究方法对湖南省体育产业的发展现状进行探讨,剖析产业结构特征:体育用品制造业仍然是湖南省体育产业的主导产业,体育服务业还不能成为拉动整个体育产业的主导性力量,体育产业中特色产业项目还不突出,提出要建立完善体育产业法规体系,健全管理体制;力推体育服务业作为战略发展产业;统筹规划,协调整体产业布局;加快培养体育产业经营管理人才的优化对策。Using the methods of literature revieew, investigation interviewing, comparative analysis, and mathematical statistics, this paper discusses and analyzs the development as well as the structural features of the sports industry in Hunan province： sports goods manufacturing is still the leading power; sports service has not become a driving force; and specialty projects are not prominent. This paper proposes to establish a sound legal system for the sports industry, improve the industrial management system, push sport services as a strategic factor of developing the industry; the overall planning and coordination within the whole industry, and accelerating the cultivation and training of management personnel are also recommended.
