摘  要:针对湖南茶陵硫化铅锌矿铅品位较高、锌品位较低、铅锌矿物嵌布粒度较细的特征,通过选矿试验研究,确定采用优先浮选的工艺流程对该矿进行回收利用。在选铅作业中通过对乙硫氮不同加药点的浮选试验指标的对比,确定了在磨矿过程中添加部分乙硫氮的工艺,以及使用新型锌矿物抑制剂NS强化对锌矿物的抑制,较好的实现了该矿中铅锌矿物的浮选分离。小型闭路试验获得了铅品位64.59%、回收率81.90%的铅精矿和锌品位45.36%、回收率80.10%的锌精矿,试验指标比较理想。Based on the ore characteristics of containing high-grade lead,low-grade zinc and fine dissemination of lead-zinc minerals,a selective flotation process was determined on the lead-zinc sulfide ore in Chaling Huanan through beneficiation research.During the course of lead separation,through the comparison of experimental indexes at different points of adding diethyldithiocarbamate,the technology of adding some diethyldithiocarbamate in the course of grinding was determined by adopting the new-type collector NS,realizing the separation of lead-zinc.Finally,the lead concentrate with the grade of 64.59% and the recovery of 81.90% and the lead concentrate with the grade of 45.36% and the recovery of 80.10% were obtained.The indexes were satisfactory.
