摘　　要：探讨了PVA伴纺羊毛开发超高支纱的设计要点和技术措施。利用先进技术,借助水溶性纤维伴纺羊毛的设计理念,实现了全毛超高支纱的生产,从混条、精梳、粗纱、细纱、络筒到蒸纱都成功实现了创新和突破。介绍了各工序的关键工艺,剖析了其中的技术难点,提出了相应的解决办法:混条采取了PVA条与羊毛条上下层分层喂入的特殊工艺;粗纱加大了工艺道数,采取逐渐增加牵伸倍数的原则;调整了细纱工艺参数,更改了设备的关键部件,促进了纱线条干均匀;优化了络筒和蒸纱工艺参数,避免了纱线出现粘并现象,提高了成纱制成率。Study on the design points and technology measures of super high-count yarn made of wool and PVA.According to the idea of wool spinning together with water-soluble fiber-PVA,pure wool super-count yarn was produced by advanced technology.The product has a major innovation and breakthroughs from mixed top,combing,roving,spinning,winder to yarn steaming.The key technology of every process was introduced.The technological difficulty was analyzed and the corresponding ways were given.Special process was applied by upper and lower layer feeding with wool and PVA top respectively in the mixed top processing.Increase the times of roving process,and add the draft multiple gradually.Adjust the technology parameter of spinning,change the key parts of the equipment and promote the yarn evenness.Optimize the winder and yarn steaming parameter,avoiding the yarn adhesion.Improve the efficiency of the yarn.
