摘  要:为了研究欧洲黑杨苗期氮素营养的遗传变异情况,阐明其遗传背景,以104份欧洲黑杨基因型为材料,结合通径分析和Structure2.2软件进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,欧洲黑杨各性状遗传力均高于0.65以上,材积的遗传增益大于25.49%。通径分析显示,施氮区地径和不施氮区材积对氮反应指数为正向效应,其他性状则为负向效应。基于模型的群体结构分析出欧洲黑杨群体种质来源具有明显的多元特性和异质性,将欧洲黑杨群体分为7类,其中第2和第3组群为主要组群,结合欧洲黑杨引种的地理来源和氮素利用效率类型,推断中欧和南欧是欧洲黑杨群体进化的起源中心。根据对欧洲黑杨遗传结构的分析,建议下一步开展欧洲黑杨氮素高效型亲本材料选择应以中欧和南欧为主。In order to study the genetic variation and the genetics background of the Populus nigra, the genetic diversity was studied by structure 2.2 software and coefficient analyzing growth of 104 Populus nigra genotype. The results showed that in genetic parameter estimation, trait heritability was higher than 0.65, and genetic gain of volume were higher than 25.49%. According to path analysis, there were positively direct path coefficients for ground diameter under nitrogen fertilization and volume under non-fertilization to response index to nitrogen, and others the opposite. The characteristics of germplasm sources of Populus nigra population were pluralism and heterogeneity, all genotype were divided into 7 groups, the group 2 and the group 3 were main group. Combined with geographic origin and nitrogen use efficiency evaluation of Populus nigra, central Europe and southern Europe were origin center of population evolution of Populus nigra. On the basis of the analysis of the genetic structure of Populus nigra, it was recommended that future the screening of nitrogen-efficient Populus nigra parent material should be established mainly in central Europe and southern Europe.
