摘 要:为了研究AM真菌对黄檗(Phellodendron amurense Rupr.)幼苗的侵染特性,通过盆栽试验,用4种基质培养黄檗幼苗,然后用4种AM真菌接种黄檗1年生实生苗。试验结果表明,不同基质条件下AM真菌对黄檗的侵染强度差异很大,以草炭+蛭石+沙子=1:0.5:1比例混合的基质接种效果最好;在此基质上接种的4种AM真菌均能侵染黄檗形成菌根,细胞内均产生了泡囊、丛枝结构,其中以接种G.mosseae和G.diaphanum对黄檗的侵染效果最好,成活率均达到100%,未侵染AM真菌的黄檗幼苗很多不能完成一个生长季就死亡;通过混合菌种接种与单独接种的侵染特性比较,凡是含G.mosseae和G.diaphanum菌种的处理侵染率高,而含有G.versiforme和G.diaphanum的组合侵染率一直比较低,而且降低了G.mosseae和G.diaphanum的侵染效率及成活率。In order to study the infection characteristics of AM fungi for amur cork tree seedlings, amur cork tree seedlings grew in four types substrate, and the one-year seedings were inoculated with four types AM fungi. The results showed that the seedlings inoculated with arbuscular mycorrhiza in different strains were different obviously to the the growth and development. The result of the combination (peat:vermiculite:sand= 1:0.5:1) was the best. The mycorrhiza could be formed between amur cork tree and four arbuscular mycorrhiza. It improved the seedlings grew greatly. In this substrate, all the mycorrhiza could be formed between annual seedlings and arbuscular mycorrhiza. Vesicle and arbuscular structures grew in the cells. Comparing to the other mycorrhiza, inoculation with G. mosseae and G. diaphanum were the best. It could promote the height, basal diameters, fresh weights and dry weights of seedlings. Most of the seedlings which were not infected couldn ' t finish one growing season. The infection characteristics were compared with between the mixed and single inoculation, G. mosseae and G. diaphanum led to higher infection rate. Conversely, the combination with G. versiform and G. diaphanum maintained had lower infection rate, and they also reduced the infection efficiency of another.
