摘 要:为了揭示云南岩白菜资源的遗传多样性,以采自云南各地的18份岩白菜资源为试验材料,采用ISSR分子标记手段对它们进行了遗传多样性研究,结果表明:26个ISSR引物在18份岩白菜资源间共扩增出275条谱带,其中232条为多态带,多态率达84.2%,表明云南岩白菜资源的遗传多样性非常丰富。不同岩白菜资源间的Dice相似系数分布于0.651~0.841,采自同一产地的不同岩白菜资源未能聚合在一起,表明岩白菜种内遗传分化程度较高。The objective of this paper is to reveal the genetic diversity of Bergenia purpurascens (Hook. f. et Thoms.) Engl. in Yunnan. 18 Bergenia resources collected from different locations in Yunnan were used as research materials and the ISSR molecular marker was employed to reveal their genetic diversity. The result showed that 275 ISSR bands were amplified from 18 Bergenia resources by 26 primers. Among them 232 bands were polymorphic bands and the polymorphic rate reached at 84.2%. This result revealed that there was rich genetic diversity among resources of B. purpurascens in Yunnan. The Dice similarity coefficient between every two resources of B. purpurascens varied from 0.651 to 0.841 and several resources from the same area failed to be grouped together first on the dendrogram. This result inferred that the differentiation level of B. purpurascens in Yunnan was very high.
