摘　　要：本文通过文献资料法,对近几年来高校教师的素质结构研究情况进行综述,并通过对素质、结构等概念的再认识,提出:教师素质结构乃"骨骼""、灵魂""、精髓"和"血肉"等融合之整体,即:健康的身心是高校教师素质的"血肉";高尚的师德是高校教师素质的"灵魂"";渊"和"博"的知识是高校教师素质的"骨骼";全面发展的能力是高校教师素质的"精髓"。Through studying methods of documentation,the author summarizes the achievements of college teachers＇ quality structure in recent years,and re-understands the concepts of quality,structure and so on,then puts forward his own viewpoint.The college teachers＇ quality structure is the fusion of ＇Skeleton＇,＇Psyche＇,＇Essence＇ and ＇Flesh and Blood＇.The physical and mental health,noble teacher morality,profound knowledge,comprehensive ability like as the ＇Flesh and Blood＇,＇Skeleton＇,＇Psyche＇,and ＇Essence＇ of teachers＇ quality structure.
