摘  要:以花生品种粤油7号为材料,以早衰品种粤油5号为对照,对花生叶片衰老过程中N素代谢指标变化进行了研究。结果表明:花生生长期内叶片衰老过程中,硝酸还原酶(NR)活性、可溶性蛋白质含量、游离氨基酸含量、硝态氮含量呈单峰曲线变化,随着叶片的展开、成熟和衰老,先上升后下降,最先开始降低的是游离氨基酸含量,其次是硝酸还原酶(NR)活性和可溶性蛋白质含量,最后是硝态氮含量。Changes in nitrogen metabolism indices in peanut leaves during leaf senescence were studied with two peanut cultivars (Yueyou 7 and Yueyou 5) from Guangdong, China. The results were as follows: During the process of leaf growth and senescence, changes in many nitrogen metabo- lism indices such as nitrate reductase (NR) activity, soluble protein (Pr), free amino acid and saltpe- tre state nitrogen contents in leaves, might be simulated with a unimodal curve. Along with the leaves spreading, maturing and aging, the nitrate reductase (NR) activity, soluble protein (Pr), free amino acid and saltpetre state nitrogen contents firstly increased, and then decreased. The first parameter of nitrogen metabolism showed a decline with free amino acid NR activity, the second was the nitrate re- ductase (NR) activity and soluble protein (Pr) content while saltpetre state nitrogen declined last.
