摘　　要：对各国目前出版的《航路指南》和现代航海技术发展对《航路指南》功能提出的新要求进行了分析和研究,提出了编制国外海区《航路指南》的新设想,创新了国外海区《航路指南》的编制思路,对目前国外海区《航路指南》编制实践具有指导作用。By analyzing and studying the sailing direction published presently by various countries and the new function requirement of sailing direction brought forward by the development of modern navigation technique,this paper proposed an overall idea of compilation of sailing direction of foreign sea area.It is an innovative thought for compilation of sailing direction of foreign sea area,and played an active and instructive role in current compilation practice of sailing direction of foreign sea area.
