摘　　要：《庆元条法事类》是南宋综合性的法规汇编,由时任宰相的临海人谢深甫提举编撰。所收内容按事分类,每类之下按敕、令、格、式、随敕申明排序。《庆元条法事类》收录125个式,这些作为公文范本的式包含了20个文种,不仅在当时的公文写作中起到了示范作用,而且在今天还有校勘、训诂方面的价值。A Collection of Typed Rules and Regulations in Qingyuan Period is a comprehensive book of laws and regulations, which is written by a native of Linhai Xie Shenpu, who is the prime minister at that time. The content of the collection was classified according to events and .sorted by Chi, Ling, Ge, Shi, Suichishenming. A Collection of Typed Rules and Regulations in Qingyuan Period contains 125 patterns, which were used as model for typical official documents including 20 record types. Those typical official documents were not only served as a mode for official documents writing at that time, but also had great values on collation and exegesis nowadays.
