摘　　要：WebGIS是Internet和分布式计算技术应用于GIS开发的产物,是解决GIS互操作的一条最佳途径。在分析基于Web服务的网络GIS框架的基础上,提出了一种基于OpenLayers的WebGIS客户端的开发方案。该方案开发的网络地图服务平台结构清晰,可扩展性强,适合于中小型的地图服务。WebGIS is the product of the Internet and distributed computing technology applied in the development of GIS, and is the best ways to realize the mutual operation of GIS. Based on the analysis of network GIS framework based on Web services, this paper put forward a program of developing WebGIS client based on OpenLayers. The web map service platform developed by this program is clear in structure, strong in expandability, and fit for small and medium -sized map services.
