摘　　要：本文介绍了红外成像的原理、特点及其应用。分析了在电子及电气产品安全测试中仅采用热电偶测量产品的工作温度时存在的不足,提出红外成像技术和热电偶测温手段在产品温升测试中结合使用的方法。This article introduces the principle, characteristic and application of the infrared imaging technology, and analysize the defects of the thermocouple method used in temperature test, and then brings up the idea of combining infrared imaging technology and thermocouple method in temperature test.
