摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预对糖尿病合并抑郁患者的影响。方法:将110例糖尿病合并抑郁患者随机分为实验组和对照组各55例,对照组给予常规治疗护理,实验组在此基础上给予综合护理干预,比较两组不同干预时点空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白变化情况,分析时间因素与干预的交互作用。结果:实验组干预6个月、12个月餐后2 h血糖水平下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组不同干预时点糖化血红蛋白下降幅度均大于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),糖化血红蛋白指标时间因素与干预因素间有交互作用(P<0.01),干预6个月糖化血红蛋白下降明显,随着观察时点推移,下降幅度逐渐减缓。结论:综合护理干预能明显改善糖尿病合并抑郁患者的糖代谢情况,促进患者康复。Objective： To investigate the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on diabetic patients with depression. Methods： 110 diabetic patients with depression were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group{55 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group were given routine treatment and nursing care and the patients in the experimental group accepted comprehen- sive nursing intervention on the basis of the routine one. The fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 - hour glucose and glycated hemoglobin at different intervention time were compared between the two groups, analyzing the interaction between the time factor and the intervention factor. Results： The level of postprandial 2- hour glucose after intervention for 6 and 12 months was significantly lower in the experimen- tal group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 } ; glycated at different intervention time significantly declined in the experimental group com- pared with the control group { P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 0.05） ; the interaction existed between time factor and intervention factor in glycated index{ P 〈 O. 01 } , glycated decreased obviously after intervention for 6 months and slowed down as time went on. Conclusion： The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the glucose metabolism and promote the rehabilitation of diabetic patients with depression.
