中医康复循证护理在脑卒中急性期患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医康复循证护理在脑卒中急性期患者中的应用及临床效果。方法:将70例脑卒中急性期患者随机分为实验组和对照组各35例,对照组给予脑卒中常规护理,实验组给予中医康复循证护理。比较两组护理后神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力评分情况。结果:护理4周后,实验组神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力评分情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中医康复循证护理可促进脑卒中急性期患者肢体功能恢复,提高日常生活能力与生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To explore the application and the clinical effect of evidence - based nursing care of TCM rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with stroke in acute stage. Methods： 70 patients with stroke in acute stage were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group（ 35 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the evidence - based nursing care of TCM rehabilitation were implemented in the experimental group. The scores of functional neurological deficit and a- bility of daily living（ADL） were compared between the two groups after nursing care. Results： The scores of functional neurological deficit and ADL were superior in the experimental group to the control group after nursing care for 4 weeks （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The evi- dence - based nursing care of TCM rehabilitation can promote the restoration of limb functions of patients with stroke in acute stage and im- prove their ADL and quality of life as well.
