摘　　要：建党90年来反腐倡廉经验表明:全面推进依法行政、弘扬社会主义法治精神,既是坚持立党为公、执政为民的必然要求,也是反腐倡廉的重要保障。不断推进政府工作制度化、规范化、程序化,不仅是建设法治政府的基本方法,更是从源头上预防腐败的重要举措。我国依法行政预防腐败尚存在诸多问题,应当采取下列措施予以完善:健全法律制度,提高行政行为的规范性;弘扬法治精神,提高依法行政的自觉性;强化执法监督,提高依法行政的执行力。The anti-corruption experience during the past ninety years since CPC was founded shows that the promoting of an overall administration ruled by law and the advocating of socialism legal spirit are the inevitable demand of adhering to the policy that the party should serve the people heart and soul, work for the public and fulfill power for the people. They are also the important guarantee for anti-corruption. We should continuously promote the institutionalized, standardized and procedural level of our government working system, which is the basic method to build a government ruled by law. Lots of problems still exist in the administration based on law and the prevention of corruption. Consequently, we should take the following measures to perfect the system. The legal systems should be consummated, the standardized level of executive behaviors be improved, the rule of law be upheld, the consciousness of administration based on law be enhanced, the supervision of the implementation of law be strengthened, and the executive ability be elevated.
