溶胶凝胶法制备PW/SiO_2负载型催化剂合成异丙基苯酚

摘　　要：用溶胶凝胶法制备出不同含量的磷钨酸负载到SiO2上的负载型催化剂。实验结果表明,该方法制备的催化剂对苯酚异丙醇合成异丙基苯酚有催化作用。采用氨程序升温脱附、X射线衍射对催化剂表面酸性、晶相进行表征。实验结果:不同含量的二氧化硅负载磷钨酸催化剂对苯酚转化率、异丙基苯酚的选择性有较大影响。当磷钨酸含量为SiO2的25%时苯酚转化率与异丙基苯酚选择性为最佳:分别为41.67%、62.86%。Different content of silica-included phosphotungstic acid catalysts prepared by Sol-Gel method.The experimental results show that the catalysts had activity for phenol isopropanol synthesis isopropyl phenol.Employing NH3-TPD and XRD showed catalyst surface acidity and crystalline structure.Experimental results： showed that there was great influence for the selectivity of isopropyl phenol and the Phenol conversion rate,phenol isopropanol synthesis isopropyl phenol over the different content of silica-included phosphotungstic acid catalyst.Phenol conversion rate and the selectivity of isopropyl phenol can reach to 41.67% and 62.86% under phosphotungstic acid content of 25%.
