摘　　要：在40具儿童和成人尸体上,进行了腰大肌间隙墨汁注射。明确了腰大肌间隙神经阻滞引起双侧阻滞的扩散途径。测量了腰丛神经,腰大肌外缘在 L_4—L_5间隙距后正中点距离,皮肤至腰大肌间隙深度。对穿刺部位等有关应用解剖的要点进行了探讨.By way of ink injection the spa-tium of greater psoas muscle was ex-amined on 40 cadavers.The authorsfound that in 5 cases the injected inkseeped into the epidural space,andin one case even permeated throughthe intervertebral foramen to the co- ntralateral spatium.The finding mayclarify the diffusion ways of lumbarplexus blocking.In addition,the re-levant anatomy of the spatium in te-rms of its relevance with lumbar ple-xus blocking was delineated in thispaper.
