摘　　要：高校德育以人为本,运用现代教育技术推进艺术教育创新,目的是促进学生个性全面发展、人格的完善与升华、激发创新意识和创造能力,为祖国培养高素质人才。People oriented is the core of moral education in the university The aim of promoting the art education innovation with modern education technology is to promote and respect the all-over development of the students＇personality,to complete and promote students＇character,to stimulate innovation consciousness and ability and to cultivate high-quality talented person for the construction of our motherland.
