摘　　要：目的了解IKAP模式家庭干预对儿童感觉综合训练的远期疗效的影响。方法将60例行感觉综合训练的儿童随机分为干预组与对照组各30名,对照组按常规口头健康教育,指导家长配合家庭训练;干预组在此基础上采用IKAP模式家庭干预,包括掌握信息、传授知识、改变信念、产生行为4个方面。结果两组儿童随访6个月有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组儿童训练后3个月、6个月注意力改善有效率及家庭训练配合率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);两组训练后违纪行为比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IKAP模式家庭干预可巩固儿童感觉综合训练的远期效果,提高家庭训练配合率,改善儿童的注意力及违纪等不良行为问题。Objective To evaluate the long-term effectiveness of IKAP-based family interventions on sensory integration therapy for children. Methods Sixty children receiving sensory integration therapy were divided into an intervention group and a control group of 30. We provided routine verbal heath education for both groups and instructed parents to cooperate in the therapy. For the interven- tion group, we additionally performed IKAP-based family interventions： we helped parents to grasp information, preached know- ledge, altered their beliefs, and helped children generate appropriate behavior. Results The therapeutic efficacy had statistical diffe- rence at 6-month follow-up between the two groups （P（0.05）; the effective rate of attention improvement, the rate of coopera- tion, and the incidence of delinquent behaviors showed significant differences between the two groups after 3- and 6-month inter- vention （P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01）. Conclusion IKAP-based family interventions can maintain long-term effectiveness of sensory integra- tion training for children, increase their adherence to family training, improve children＇s attention, and reduce delinquent beha- viors.
