摘　　要：通过文献资料、实地考察、专家访谈和问卷调查的方法,对上海市体育服务产业政策的执行效果进行分析和研究,判断上海市体育服务产业政策效用程度,探析体育服务产业政策效用的影响因素,并提出提高上海市体育服务产业政策执行效果的建议。By the methods of literature study,on-the-spot investigation,expert interview and questionnaire,the paper focuses on the effectiveness of the policies for Shanghai sports service industry.It tries to determine the effectiveness degrees of those policies and find out the factors affecting the effectiveness of the policies.It sets forth some suggestions for improving the policy effectiveness for Shanghai sports service industry.
