摘　　要：在工程建筑领域,一些涉外施工企业不仅要面对国内众多企业的竞争,同时,还要面临国外同类企业的有力竞争。在这双重压力下,涉外施工企业不仅要在提高市场份额上下工夫,而且要从战略高度入手,强化最能体现企业管理水平的标准化管理工作,建立与国外先进标准接轨的企业标准化信息平台,推行海外项目标准化管理模式,依靠高标准占领国内外高端市场,实现企业的可持续发展。In the engineering construction field,some foreign-related enterprises not only have to face the competition of multiple domestic enterprises,but also the strong competition of foreign corresponding enterprises.Under the double pressures,foreign-related enterprises should not only work hard in increasing the market share,but also should start with the strategy,strengthen the standard management work that can best present the level of enterprise management.Meanwhile,these enterprises should establish the standard information platform of enterprises connected with international advanced standards,promote the standard management model of oversea project,and successfully occupy the top market at home and abroad by depending on the high standard,and thus realize the sustainable development of enterprises.
