摘　　要：胜利采油厂采油一矿的污水,在胜利采油厂的污水管理中是以个性存在的,除了具有污水的共性外,还因为三次采油的聚合物和热采污水的影响,污水积杂难处理,极大影响了污水水质,导致污水流量计在运行中不准、易损坏等问题的存在。针对这个问题,通过污水流程、水质分析、使用流量计的概况等方面分析,找出了影响流量计准确率的主要因素,提出了该区块选用流量计的类型建议。In the sewage management of Shengli oil production plant,sewage in No.1 oil production mine exists with particular characteristics.Besides having the commonalities of sewage,the sewage there has its complexity and difficulties to be disposed because of polymers brought about by three times oil production and the influence of hot oil production sewage,which greatly affects the sewage quality and results in some problems like the inaccuracy and easy damage of sewage flowmeter in operation.In view of this problem,through the analysis of sewage flow course,sewage quality,and the general state of using flowmeter,main factors influencing the accuracy rate of flowmeter are found out,followed by some suggestions about the type selection of flowmeters in the area.
