摘  要:为了研究圆锥罩聚能射流形成的影响因素,通过Lagrangian显式动力学有限元方法对圆锥罩聚能射流的形成过程进行了数值计算。采用对称罚函数接触算法处理炸药和圆锥罩之间接触,采用网格自适应算法防止网格严重畸变造成的计算中断。根据数值计算的结果深入分析了圆锥罩厚度、圆锥罩锥角和起爆方式对聚能射流形状和速度的影响,得到了射流形状和速度的变化规律,为圆锥罩聚能射流的优化设计提供了参考依据。The formation process of conical shaped charge jet was calculated using Lagrangian explicit dynamic finite element method.The symmetrical penalty method was adopted for the contact between the shaped charge and the conical liner,and the h-adaptive method was adopted to prevent the extremely distorted mesh.The effects of the liner's thickness,the liner's cone angle and ignition mode on the performance of conical shaped charge jet were studied,and the change laws for the jet shape and jet velocity were obtained,which can provide reference for the optimization design of conical shaped jet.
