摘 要:通过高速摄像系统对三种刻槽壳体的温压炸药装置爆炸火球进行观测,利用VB编制了火球尺寸批处理程序,实现了对记录信息的深度挖掘。重点对不同结构下的火球成长过程、最大半径和初始细节进行研究,分析了不同刻槽数目下火球成长的响应规律,得出了中心分散装药的爆轰能量与壳体结构破裂和诱导燃料爆轰之间存在一定的能量耦合关系,即存在最佳匹配,且可通过改变刻槽数目调整该匹配关系,为优化结构设计和提高云爆毁伤效能提供指导。The measurement of fireball of a thermal-baric explosive for three kinds of grooving shell was accomplished by high-speed photogrammetric system,and the batch program of fireball dimension was compiled by VB.The batch program of fireball dimension realizes better disposal to experimental information.The process of fireball change,maximum radius and details were especially studied under different grooving shell.In the article,the responsive rule under different grooving number was analyzed.The conclusion is that shell structure breaking and inducing fuel detonation are bound up with detonation energy of central dispersion explosive,and the matching relation can be adjusted through modifying grooving number.The conclusion can provide the guidance for optimal design and damage efficiency improvement of thermal-baric explosive.
