肿瘤树突状细胞免疫介入治疗患者的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨行树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)免疫介入治疗的肿瘤患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2009年2月至2011年1月在沈阳军区总医院行肿瘤DC免疫介入治疗的10例患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用Seldinger技术经股动脉将导管选择性插入肿瘤供血动脉进行灌注、栓塞加DC治疗观察患者的不良反应,并对术前及术后的护理措施进行了分析。结果经治疗后,患者临床症状完全缓解4例,占40%;部分缓解5例,占50%;稳定1例,占10%;进展0例。B超及CT复查显示:肿块缩小9例,占90%;1例患者肿瘤变化不明显。患者术后常出现上腹疼痛、恶心、呕吐、发热、穿刺部位渗血等并发症。结论有效的护理措施对介入治疗顺利进行起着关键的作用,通过制定合理的护理措施,有利于指导介入治疗围术期患者的护理。Objective To discuss the perioperative nursing measures in patients with tumor intervention combine with dendritic cells（DC） immunotherapy.Methods The clinical data of 10 patients undergoing DC immunotherapy from February 2009 to January 2011 in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Using Seldinger technology,the catheter was inserted into the tumor feeding artery through the femoral artery,followed by infusion chemotherapy,embolization and DC immunotherapy.The adverse reactions were observed and the pre-and postoperative nursing was analyzed.Results After treatment,the remission of clinical symptoms was observed in 4 cases（40%）,partial remission in 5（50%）,stable status in 1（10%） and no advance.Type-B ultrasonic ultrasound and CT examination showed mass reduction in 9 caces（90%）,unapparent changes in 1 and no enlargement of tumor.Patients often experienced nausea,vomiting,puncture site bleeding,abdominai pain,fever and other complications.Conclusion Effective nursing for the smooth progress of intervention plays a key role.The development of nursing summary will help guide nursing of the interventional treatment of perioperative patients.
