山西某医院2008-2010年7335例肿瘤病例调查分析

摘　　要：目的分析山西某医院恶性肿瘤(包括中枢神经系统良性肿瘤)的发病情况,为该院乃至山西地区恶性肿瘤的防治提供参考依据。方法以该院肿瘤报告系统为资料来源,共收集2008-2010年恶性肿瘤报告病例7 335例,运用Excel及SPSS11.5统计软件进行数据处理。结果该院前10位恶性肿瘤占3年来恶性肿瘤总例数的75.94%,排序依次为呼吸系统恶性肿瘤、中枢神经系统良、恶性肿瘤、胃恶性肿瘤、肠恶性肿瘤、肝恶性肿瘤、乳腺恶性肿瘤、膀胱恶性肿瘤、淋巴、血液系统恶性肿瘤、肾恶性肿瘤及甲状腺恶性肿瘤;呼吸系统恶性肿瘤位居男性恶性肿瘤第一位,占男性组恶性肿瘤的19.49%;生殖系统及乳房恶性肿瘤位居女性恶性肿瘤第一位,占女性恶性肿瘤的24.73%。结论该院高发恶性肿瘤比较集中,尤以男性呼吸系统恶性肿瘤及女性乳腺、生殖系统恶性肿瘤为甚。针对癌症可防的特点,应着手社区工作,做好癌症的三级预防。Objective To analyze the prevalence of malignant tumors in a hospital of Shanxi province for providing a reference for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.Methods According to database of the system of tumor report,a total of 7 335 cases were enrolled from 2008 to 2010 in First Clinical Medical College of Shanxi Medical University.Excel and SPSS11.5 soft wares were used for statistical analysis.Results The incidence of the top ten tumors accounted for 75.94%.The top ten tumors were respiratory system malignancies,benign and malignant central nervous system tumors,malignant tumors of stomach bowel,liver,breast,bladder,lymph,blood system,kidney and thyroid.Respiratory system malignancies was the first in male,accounting for 19.49% of the male patients with malignant tumors,while malignant tumors of breast and reproductive system was the first in female,accounting for 24.73% of the female patients with malignant tumors.Conclusion The incidence of malignant tumor is concentrated in this hospital,especially respiratory system malignancies in male and malignant tumors of breast and reproductive system in female.According to the characteristics of the cancer,community work should be taken and three level prevention of the cancer should be enhanced.
