摘　　要：就京沪线下行滁河桥大机换枕的施工组织、施工工艺、机具配备和换枕作业过程进行了详细论述,针对换枕施工提出质量控制要求,制定安全防范措施及应急预案,并思考了施工中可能遇到的关键问题,提出了改革施工工艺、加强故障处理演练和机械车辆管理的方案。This paper discusses the construction organization and technology,machines and tools and operating process in detail,proposes the quality control requirements,formulates the security protection measures and contingency plan in combination with the Chuhe Bridge＇s replacing sleepers using large-scale machinery at the down line of Beijing-Shanghai railway line.This paper also thinks about the key issues that may be encountered during the construction and proposes several programs such as： reforming the construction technology,strengthening the troubleshooting exercises and mechanical vehicle management for reference.
