高温高压油藏丢手分层卡堵水工艺管柱的研究及应用

摘  要:介绍一种卡堵水技术,主要针对深井、高温、高压的油井特点,通过采取丢手堵水方式、胶筒保护、优选耐高温高压材料等措施,有效的延长了封隔器封堵寿命,减少了换封作业次数,提高了封堵成功率,大幅度减少了堵水作业工作量。通过13口井的现场试验表明,该机械丢手封堵工艺管柱能够满足深井、高温、高压油井的封堵需要。In this paper,a water plugging technique is introduced.in the light of such features of the wells as depth,high temperature and high pressure,a series of measures have been taken,such as water plugging by releasing,plastic tube protection and the preferred materials with high temperature and pressure resistance,so as to prolong the life of the sealing packer,reduce the times of sealing operations and lessen the workload significantly with high rate of successful water plugging.The field tests of 13 wells showed that this technology can meet the needs of the water plugging for this kind of deep wells under high temperature and pressure.
