摘　　要：1978-2008年30年间,我国快速城市化发展大量征用农地,从而催生了8 300万被征地农民。文章针对现有土地补偿无法对该群体的非农生活进行有效保障的问题,借鉴典型国家土地征收补偿标准确定的科学方法,指出了修正我国土地征收补偿标准的主要参照因素,并提出以就业援助为切入点,重建其生产力,以建立可持续的长远生计。More than 83 million expropriated farmers sprung up with the rapid urbanization during 1978-2008 in China.The current compensation for them is not enough for their living without land.It is essential for the government to learn from foreign countries to level up the current compensation standard.The key factors to revise compensation standard are put forward.Helping them to get secure jobs is the key to build their long-term and sustainable livelihoods.
