湖南省低碳农业经济发展问题探析

摘　　要：文章对发展现代高效生态农业面临农业生产方式落后、农业生态环境的破坏、农业资源消耗日益严重与农业结构不合理等困境进行分析,指出湖南要发展高效生态农业,必须走低碳农业经济发展模式,并提出湖南发展低碳农业经济,要采取树立低碳理念,加大政府对发展低碳农业经济的扶持力度,创新稻田减排技术和培育新型现代农民等对策与措施。This paper intends to analyze the predicaments that the modern high-efficiency ecological agriculture is facing in the process of development,namely,the backward mode of the agricultural production,the destruction of the agro-ecological environment,the increasing seriousness of the consumption of agricultural resources and the unreasonable agricultural structure.The paper also puts forward that the model of low-carbon agricultural economy is a necessity for Hunan to develop its modern high-efficiency ecological agriculture,and that some countermeasures should be taken to achieve this goal,such as establishing the concept of low carbon,strengthening the government＇s support to low-carbon agricultural economy,innovating the technologies of mitigation of the rice field and cultivating new modern farmers.
