摘 要:对芒果树回枯病病原菌进行鉴定,并对该病病原菌进行生物学特性测定。结果表明:引起芒果树回枯病的病原菌为可可球二孢菌(Botryodiplodia theobromae Pat.)。该菌菌丝最适生长温度为28~32℃,致死温度为60℃、10 min,最适pH值5~9;菌丝生长最佳碳源为蔗糖,木糖不适于该菌生长;最佳氮源是蛋白胨;全光照有利于该菌生长。The blight pathogen of mango tree was identified and the biological characteristics of the pathogen were studied.Based on the culture characteristics,morphological character and pathogenicity,the pathogen was identified as Botryodiplodia theobromae Pat..The optimal temperatures for the mycelium growth of B.theobromae were ranged from 28 to 32 ℃,and the fatal temperature was 60 ℃ for 10 min.The range of the optimal pH values for the mycelium growth was from 5 to 9.Dextrose was the best among the tested carbon sources,while D-xylose was not propitious for the mycelium growth.Peptone was the best nitrogen source for the mycelium growth,and continuous illumination was most favorable to the mycelium growth.
