摘　　要：从原创、再创和补创角度,对科技期刊编辑创新性的层次性进行分析。认为:发现科技人才,是科技期刊编辑对社会和科技发展的原创性贡献;优化组合新的科技信息,是科技期刊编辑的再创性成果;编辑加工使稿件质量进一步提高,是科技期刊编辑在作者原创性劳动基础上的补充创新。Based on three levels of innovation, i. e. , original, second and supplementary innovations, we analyze the hierarchy of editorial innovation of sci-teeh journals. We hold that, for editorial work of sci-teeh journal, discovering scientific talents is the original innovative contribution to the development of the society and science, optimizing new scientific information is the second innovation, and improving paper quality by editing is the supplementary innovation.
