摘　　要：结合编辑工作实践,讨论文后英文参考文献在审稿中的重要作用。认为可以利用文后英文参考文献判断稿件的创新性、遴选高层次审稿专家以及判断作者的科研及写作态度。Combining practical editing work, the authors discuss the important roles of English bibliographic references in paper reviewing. It is pointed out that the English bibliographic references can be used to decide the creativity of a paper, for the selection of qualified peer reviewers and to decide authors＇ attitudes of scientific research and writing,
