转型期高校科技期刊中年女性编辑的压力源调查分析

摘　　要：通过对华东地区部分高校科技期刊中年女性编辑的心理压力调查,分析了出版体制转型特殊期中年女性编辑所承受的工作压力、家庭压力、情感压力、人际关系压力、身心压力,这些压力是影响她们身心健康发展的主要障碍,并从编辑自身、学校出版单位2方面提出了减轻压力的对策。According to the investigation and analysis of the middle -aged female editors＇psychological pressures who work in the university STM journals in East China, this paper points out that work stress, family stress, emotional stress, interpersonal stress, physical and psychological stress are main obstacles to their psychological health. Meanwhile, some suggestions are proposed to relieve these stresses from two aspects： the editors themselves and the college or university.
