摘　　要：从科技期刊青年编辑职业素质培养与发展策略角度出发,结合科技期刊编辑队伍实际情况,提出编辑素质需培养价值观、学习观、服务观和职业观等4项基本观念,并在编辑职业发展建设机制上给出3项策略建议。From the perspectives oi proIessmnal quality training and development of young editors, the authors analyze the current situation experienced by young editors of sci-tech journals and propose four basic points of view in cultivating young editor＇s professional qualities. Finally, three strategic proposals are presented for young editor＇s vocational development in mechanism construction.
