摘　　要：总结《襄樊学院学报》编辑部刊后内部(集体)审读的做法和体会。认为刊后集体审读不仅能保证期刊的编辑出版质量,而且是培养和提高青年编辑整体素质的有效途径。Collective reviewing after publication is good for improving the whole quality of the periodical, which is generally agreed with by professionals. This paper puts forward that collective reviewing after publication is an effective way to improve young editors＇ quality according to the five-year exploration and practice of the editorial department of Journal of Xiangfan University. It is easy for young editors to orientate themselves in their major field. It is not only good for them to learn the professional knowledge, but also good for the improvement of their professional competence.
