摘 要:目的探讨顺式阿曲库铵对兔定量药物脑电图(QPEEG)δ、θ频段的影响。方法采用QPEEG功率谱分析法,分析兔静脉注射顺式阿曲库铵0.3mg/kg前后δ、θ频段功率百分比的变化。结果与给药前相比,枕区δ频段功率百分比在给药后各时间点均增加(P<0.05或P<0.01),而其它各脑区δ频段功率百分比的变化差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与给药前相比,各脑区θ频段功率百分比在给药后各时间点均有所增加,其中枕区和颞区增加最明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论顺式阿曲库铵能够增大兔QPEEG枕区δ频段功率百分比及各脑区θ频段功率百分比。Objective To investigate the effects of cisatracurium on δ-band and θ-band of quantitative pharmaco-electroencephalography(QPEEG) in rabbits.Methods The changes of power percentage of δ-band and θ-band of QPEEG were analyzed by power spectral analysis technique in rabbits before and after injected with 0.3 mg/kg cisatracurium.Results Compared with the baseline,the power percentage of δ-band in the occipital region was increased at each time point after drug infusion(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),but there was no significant difference in the power percentage of δ-band in the other brain regions(P〉0.05).Compared to the baseline,the power percentages of θ-band in all brain regions were increased at each time point after drug infusion,especially those of the occipital and temporal regions(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion Cisatracurium can increase the power percentage of δ-band in the occipital region and the power percentage of θ-band in all brain regions of QPEEG in rabbits.
