摘　　要：目的探讨自身免疫性胰腺炎(AIP)的影像学特征。方法回顾性分析符合诊断标准的8例AIP患者的CT和MRI影像学资料。结果 4例胰腺弥漫性增大;4例局部肿大(3例位于胰头部)。8例均有胰管不同程度狭窄,其中3例远端轻度扩张。3例见"鞘膜征";2例双肾多发结节影。结论 AIP具有一定特征性的影像学表现;双期增强CT扫描及胰胆管磁共振成像(MRCP)是初步诊断AIP的必要手段。Objective To investigate the radiologic characteristics of autoimmune pancreatitis （AIP）. Methods The radiological data of 8 AIP patients met the Asia diagnostic criteria of AIP in 2008 were retrospectively reviewed. Results CT and MRI showed diffuse swelling of the pancreas in 4 cases and focal enlargement in 4 cases（located in pancreatic head in 3 cases）. The pancreatic duct was slightly stenosed in all 8 cases,distal pancreatic duct dilatation was seen in 3 cases. A capsule-like rim was showed in 3 cases. Low density nodular loci in double kidneys were seen in 2 cases. Conclusion AIP has certain characteristics of typtical imaging features. Contrast enhanced double-phase CT scan and MRCP take the important roles in the diagnosis of AIP.
